It's Zi-char time!

It was another merry merry time!
We had our 2nd round of 'private gathering' at Koko's sis condo.
Grouping was a lil different as compared to the previous time.
We had some usual attendees and some new ones.

The evening started at around 6pm.
Chief Chef I & II arrived, together with Koko, Cheebs, Ah Lee and myself.
Then the Zi-char began!
切菜的切菜, 包stingray的包stingray.
While Chief Chef I & II prepared themselves to 大显身手.

The Menu
1. Sambal Stingray
2. Balachan Seabass
3. Chicken Thigh in Teriyaki Sauce
4. Braised Duck with Water Chestnuts
5. Potato Salad with Celery & Onion paste
6. Fried Vegetables with garlic
7. Boiled Brocolli
8. BBQ Taiwan Sausages
9. Roasted Marshmellows
10. Fruit Cocktail

That's our 10-course dinner.
No joke! We cooked all of the above at the BBQ pit [except for the braised duck la].
All thanks to our Chefs.
They are simply awesome!

After dinner, it's R&R but WAE was still busy...
The honour was given to the 'bees' to take peekchas with the 4 flowers.

Good time flies quickly.
Before we realised, it was already 11pm.
Sigh...if not tomorrow is Monday...
Nehmind...most importantly is the delightful time spent.
When shall we have the next session leh....
