IT'S OVER!!!!
Yesterday marked the finale of Academic War 2007.
The final MSM paper was surprisingly disappointing.
I never thought it could get difficult in any way.
But i kept reminding myself not to be complacent so i did almost all the past year questions.
Hence i entered the exam hall feeling rather confident.
When i took my seat, i realised something amissed.
How come everybody is using those "office" type of calculators???
You mean (1) the cool cool multi-functions Casio calculators we used for 'O' levels are no longer in trend or (2) they are BARRED!!!
My gosh. I panicked.
Then i recalled bringing a spare pocket calculator as i was afraid that my Casio might break down.
But the battery was running out!!!
I ran through my mind all the possibilities that could happen if i were to go ahead with my Casio and how could i survive the paper with the near-to-death pocket calculator.
Ultimately, i convinced myself that i couldn't afford to allow anything to happen if i were to use my Casio.
In another words, i was kia-si lah ok! =p
So i kept the Casio and took out the pathetic pocket calculator with the brand Cedar (si mi lai eh???)
The numbers reflected on the screen faded from time to time and my heart just stopped whenever it happened.
So i prayed. Really prayed. That the calculator would be revived.
Thank God it did! Phew...
No doubt that whatever i studied didn't appear in the paper.
But that was beside the case.
Anyway, i was too happy that the war had ended than to brood over the paper.
Who cares now!

After the paper, i headed to Tampines Mall and met up with Persi to visit our ex-CGL (SF).
SF has given birth to a baby boy 2 weeks ago and he is my dear Charis' brother lor!
However, we spent like 90% of the time playing with Charis when we were at her home.
Haha...couldn't help it.
She's just too adorable to be ignored.
I remembered the previous time when i played with Charis at her home, she was just learning to crawl.
But now...she can dance already!
I love her so much.

We had CG outing today!
Seems like a long time since we had an outing.
Tecky was kind enough to let us use the new home of his brother-in-law which is at Savanah.
I could only describe the place as a safari.
Got cheetahs, got antelope, got giraffe...statues la!!!
Look at the uber furnished home.
It was the showroom i heard so it really appeared like a showroom lor.
Too nice already. A bit unreal. Heh. Okok Bonny is sua-ku again.

The Karaoke room was where we hung out.
It was pretty cosy except the fact that we had to bring our own karaoke vcds.
So a game or two would be a better option.

Maddy and Bonny.
Nice lighting hor.
Nice lighting hor.
Then we proceeded with bowling.
Yes! Bowling alleys in a condo.
How cool is that??
Hmm...i realised i forgot about the guys in their bowling actions so no pics of them.
Too caught up with the beautiful scenary.
See...even Carol was mesmerised.
This just reminded me of a song..."夕阳西下...海浪清风晚霞...德光岛...我的家"
Kekeke....

Dinner was at Bedok Market Place, off Bedok Road.
It was like a mini Malay Food Village as they were all selling Malay cuisine.
Food was nothing much to be raved and service was real bad.
I waited a good 30min for my chicken chop and another 20min for my change.
All of the above with lousy attitude.
They can be sure that they will not see me eating there anymore.
That's how bad word-of-mouth starts.
So i took pictures while seeing the rest finishing their food and i was still waiting for mine.
Thank goodness my bandung came on time.
Back to work tomorrow and it's FRIDAY!
Good night.
