The rain lasted long enough to cool the baking island down.
Despite it was cumbersome to travel by public transport in the rain.
(especially when Bonny had to reach Plaza Singapura in half an hour to catch a movie at 7.05pm AND had to lug my working bag + laptop + umbrella AND insisted on no-cab principle)
Despite the rain which jammed the entire Orchard stretch.
Despite the rain water which splattered all over my body.
No complains!!!!
As long as the oven was switched off.
Michael Newman (Adam Sandler) is married to the beautiful Donna (Kate Beckinsale) and they have two terrific kids. But he doesn't get to see them much because he's putting in long, hard hours at his architectural firm in the elusive hope that his ungrateful boss (David Hasselhoff) will one day recognize his invaluable contribution and make him a partner. One day, he was given a one-of-a-kind souped-up gadget which changed his life. He was addicted and before he knows it, the remote is programming him, rather than the other way around. Michael can't stop the device from deciding which events of his life he'll experience and which ones he'll miss. Only then does he begin to truly appreciate and embrace his life — the good, the bad and the ugly.
My take-away from the movie ~
There is no way that you will reach the final destination without going through the process.
In fact the process is the most important where moulding and transformation will be done in order to ensure that you will be well-suited at your final destiny.

After the movie, it was still drizzling.
The air was cool and fresh.
