Modes of Thought

I'm stealing some time from the figures and spreadsheets to write something.
No reason. Just tired.
When i naively thought that people will only be on the ball after the Lunar New Year, i was almost drowned by the work that just came in.

For the past years, i have 2 modes of thought and i have been toggling in between both all these while.
Mode 1 ~ These people are big bullies!!! Pay for one staff but work like three!
Mode 2 ~ I'm so appreciative of the exposure they are giving me. They are trying their best to push me for better grading during appraisal.

I'm on Mode 1 today. =(
